Lorenzo Angelucci is Co-Founder and CEO of Transcend Packaging, bringing deep scientific expertise and commercial leadership to sustainable materials innovation. With an academic foundation in chemistry and more than three decades of experience in the packaging industry, Lorenzo combines material science knowledge with real-world performance insight. He leads Transcend’s mission to develop high-performance, fibre-based solutions grounded in research, rigorous testing and engineered for the future.

Reed

Joe Reed is Chief Operating Officer at Transcend Packaging, responsible for driving global sales strategy, commercial growth and customer partnerships. With extensive experience in revenue leadership across the packaging and manufacturing sectors, Joe has a strong track record of scaling teams, expanding markets and aligning commercial operations with innovation-led product portfolios. At Transcend he leads go-to-market execution and strategic commercial initiatives that support the company’s growth and long-term market impact.

Varney

Mark Varney is Commercial Director at Transcend Packaging, bringing over two decades of experience in the packaging industry. Throughout his career, he has led commercial teams, driven market expansion and built long-term customer partnerships across the sector. At Transcend, he is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s commercial strategy, aligning customer needs with high-performance, fibre-based packaging solutions to support sustainable growth.

Clare

Tomalin

Clare Tomalin is Head of Key Accounts at Transcend Packaging, where she leads commercial development and strategic customer partnerships, particularly in high-impact categories like next-generation hot cups. With over 20 years’ experience in sales and key account management across the packaging sector, she has driven major product roll-outs, including leading the commercial launch of Transcend’s innovative Rubicon cup and helps brands evaluate and navigate change from both a commercial and operational perspective.

Terry

Dawson

Terry Dawson is Key Account Manager at Transcend Packaging, bringing over 20 years of experience in the packaging industry across both distribution and manufacturing. At Transcend, Terry leads folded carton and account development efforts, working closely with major brands to deliver high-performance fibre-based packaging solutions that meet real-world operational and sustainability needs.

Conway

Huw Conway is Head of Reprographics at Transcend Packaging, bringing extensive expertise in reprographics, pre-press and technical print production. With deep experience in preparing complex packaging designs for manufacture, Huw ensures accuracy, quality and efficiency in every stage of artwork and reprographic workflow. His role is key to translating creative and technical concepts into production-ready files that meet industry standards and support Transcend’s high-performance product portfolio.

Rees

Mark Rees is Director of Quality Assurance, Environment  and Health and Safety at Transcend Packaging, where he leads quality assurance, compliance and product integrity across the company’s innovative fibre-based packaging portfolio. A highly experienced quality professional, Mark has developed and transformed quality systems throughout his career, from high quality consumer products companies, progressing through senior management positions in plastic and paper packaging and manufacturing sectors. He holds professional qualifications in quality and environmental management (CQP, MCQI) and an MSc in Quality & Environmental Management, bringing deep technical expertise to ensure Transcend’sproducts meet rigorous industry standards and customer expectations.

Channing

Nuss

Channing leads Transcend Packaging’s corporate affairs, media relations, sustainability strategy, and legislative compliance activity, helping shape the company’s external voice and strategic direction. He works closely with global brands to develop Go-To-Market strategies for fibre-based packaging innovations and advises organisations on evolving packaging legislation, including the UK Plastic Packaging Tax, EU PPWR, Single-Use Plastics Directive, and emerging US EPR frameworks.

Channing also supports brands in aligning packaging portfolios with legislative requirements. Beyond Transcend Packaging, he serves as a Board Member of 360 Foodservice in Europe and represents the company within The Packaging Federation in the UK.
